Tableau Dashboards

Tableau is one of the largest visualization tools for Business and Data Analysts. Tableau projects were included in Google Data Science and Business Analyst Nanodegree courses. Several of these, including Airline and Airport Dashboards, are available on my Tableau Public Profile.

Call Center Dashboard

This was a project completed for a call center that I worked for. I engaged with Senior Director and Technical Peers to identify KPIs for Medicaid Call Center and create Excel Dashboards used in to track call center agent’s performance.

Independent Contractor

July 2019 - Present

Entailed creating a delivery schedule to ensure all timeframes were met while maximizing profit per job. Also, working with stores to ensure customer expectations exceeded throughout the delivery process.

Cigna Healthspring

October 2017 - July 2019

1. Supervised a team of up to sixty people in Part D Prior-Authorizations, Medicaid Appeals, and Medicaid Member Services.
2. Created and taught courses for New Hires in completing Part D Prior Authorizations.
3. Created algorithm that utilized attendance, call quality, NPS scores, audits, schedule adherence, and call time to create a score that managers utilized for performance appraisals and promotions.
